Ingredients:  Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Yellow Squash, Portobello Mushroom, Curry Powder and Dried basil flakes.

"Dried Bananas, Cranberries, Raisins, Almonds & Cashews."

Vegan Snack....

"Baked oatmeal slices and peaches..."

EASY RECIPE
1 cup of Oatmeal
1 + 1/2 cup of Hot Water
1/4 cup of Raisins
1/4 cup of Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup of Dried Mangoes
3 Tablespoons of organic maple syrup (100% natural)
1 /2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger
 
Mix the ingredients and pour into a glass baking pan.
(Non-Stick Glass Pan) 
Bake the oatmeal for 30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
*Oven temperature = 400 degrees*


Vegan Dinner....

"Stuffed Bell Peppers and Potatoes..."
Orange Bell Pepper, brown rice, corn, sweet peas, cannellini beans, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and spices... (onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley and red pepper flakes.)  No SALT or Vegetable Oil.
